Happy to read the former FDA commissioner's comments. I would think that there is a chance that he might have mentioned something to Gilead. If you remember back to a month or two before he stepped down (Mar 2019) to be with his family he was pushing anti-smoke and anti-vape pretty hard (back in Jan/Feb 2019). He was pushing hard for "smokeless" nicotine replacement therapy. This is also around the same time that the Altria/Lexy agreement happened, so he is probably aware of the technology. LXRP was appearing/posting articles all the time referencing his comments and DehydraTECH...and was easily triple the current stock price.
