Better to focus on current events / relevant data; company allocated a hefty amount of resources to get the shell current. Holloman Corporation spent multiples of current shell’s value (various public sources company mentioned yearly revenue 643 million to 1 billion; also, can’t ignore massive multiple corporate locations (one massive one within 15 miles of me (: ...)..... hint in filing mentions joint venture (additionally, speculation of merger makes sense here) and actual expressed interest in past of desire to go public
