Am I right to say that a company cannot provide "news" at at ASM to shareholders only? The "news" has to be shared with public also?

Not only are there no shorts, but they diluted 20,000,000 more shares at all time lows.

200 million warrants expire in 2 weeks, shares are close to all time lows.

Umibe.... l totally agree. A lack of pps increase heading into this ASM is a pretty good indicator of a lack of investor confidence. If they have baited us with an ‘interesting’ tagline and don’t deliver after all this time they will lose the Shareholders they have....

Umibe, LG's reaction to your justified warning concerning tomorrow's ASM was apparently underwhelming. I would think that if NWBO had something very substantial and interesting for us shareholders tomorrow, LG would have reassured you that the ASM was going to be very interesting and worthwhile waiting and that we will be rewarded for waiting so long.

From what you told us, he did not say anything positive about tomorrow's ASM and he only thanked you for your comments.

If that is true, it does not bode well.
