The advantage of having the 'AMEP Special Meeting and Proxy Vote' out on the newswire is so that new eyes, potential buyers that have AMEP on their 'watch list', and those that regularly check the news wire releases for potential buys, etc, can see what is transpiring with this company, and possibly buy shares if they do their DD.
