A Absolutely right. Settling now has no purpose but to open the door for more Generics to show up for a hand out. If there is to be a settlement it needs to be equitable and it needs to stop once and for all all future generic legal challenges that allow backdoor infringement of R-IT. Amarin should challenge Du Judgement at Appeal, if this fails then as A mentions, other recourses are available that make it practically a miserable uphill climb with small dividends for the generics. The bigger issue even if the generics are of a mind to settle is how to prevent other generics re litigating the same path.Maybe there is a legal way, IDK HK
