10 bill pays one face(ALWAYS HAS BEEN THE NUMBER) as that is 4 bill for TPS and 3 bill for P and 500 mill for K's or 75%/ 7.5 bill of 10 bill and the balance or 25% or 2.5 bill for UQ's

10 bill has always been used for calculation purposes for 1 face to be paid..


IMHO this has never changed
