Great post Jugs, very good!!!!! Lotts good stuff there and the hints, lololol....I'm guilty as charged or as a friend used to say many years ago to me, "raise your hand son, you fouled", lmao lmao......

Started drinking some water again this week with a lil eye dropper of zinc mixed in each 25 oz cup full...got 17 cases of Slimfast, 5 cases of gallons of water, spent over $1K on vitamins and supplements past month...have a new quality pair of sneakers....3 freezers stuffed full and 2 fridges loaded up.....all set.... ;-)

Now just gotta go do it.....to it......
