Long-term shareholders need some support from management.

Would A/S reduction be considered relevant to their planned uplisting?

1st thing I'd do after notes paid with cash.

Reduce A/S to 400,000,000 - Will only need that amount for wiggle room now that traditional funding has taken care of the 9 month account receivables annual lag times.

It's only 1.5 million dollars in debt holding this down. These converters are so incredibly shady with shorting market makers, naked short selling, and other illegal tactics to keep price down to be able to continue to convert at lowest prices possible.
