Yes, a bit more dilution could occur but April 30th was announced by company wrt negotiation on notes.
It took many months for note holders to dilute O/S by a factor of about 10. I suspect the bottom was reached one month ago during the depths of the market fall with the spread of Covid19. The limited time for more dilution and expected cash inflow are strong drivers for price appreciation now.
