Partly. But remember he came to us. It was a very good opportunity so we hired him. He had some very good input into several important items and We are glad he worked here the short time that he did. He got a job offer he couldn’t refuse. We move on no worse for having worked with him.

LF, this was a response I got from DI on this matter, however who really knows? I suspect flipper may be right, it may become clearer soon, or not.

Not true. The first assumption to have under Occam’s razor is that a person does not leave a large well funded company for a beaten down minuscule nearly bankrupt company, unless there is a very good reason. Occam’s razor implies that if he helped design and negotiate a combination trial with his former company and his new temporary employer and helped negotiate the SAP, he went to NWBO with a job to do that would ultimately benefit both companies, and upon completing that task, returned to Merck. And look, nobody still wants to follow NWBO’s barriers to entrance. Just the way some “non interested” parties here would like to keep it until results.
