I DO( NOT think Biden will be the Dim nominee. A few weeks before the Dim convention Biden will announce a serious medical (not mental Condition) and withdraw.
The DNC will find a way to put Cuomo in. He's had daily campaign speeches for several weeks.
Biden could never be credible compaction against Trump. Cuomo---maybe.
