<< Good news is On April 13, 2020, NBDR filed a petition to terminate the trading suspension >>

Yes, and the SEC has already replied to their petition to terminate:

https://www.sec.gov/litigation/opinions/2020/34-88649.pdf

As I stated in a previous post, it will take until the beginning of June (at the earliest) to complete this matter:

Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the parties file submissions as follows:

? By April 20, 2020, the Division of Enforcement shall file all the
information that was before the Commission at the time of the Trading
Suspension Order’s issuance.

? By May 4, 2020, NBDR shall file an opening brief, which is not to
exceed 8,000 words.

? By May 18, 2020, the Division shall file an answering brief, which is
not to exceed 8,000 words.

? By June 1, 2020, NBDR may file an optional reply brief, which is not
to exceed 3,000 words.

Read the whole document. Lucky or Renee, when they deny the appeal, will we see what the sec has on them. As you both alluded to in regards to asking finra for the trading info, if someone sold their shares on the runup, do you think they would specify who in their response.
