Good news is On April 13, 2020, NBDR filed a petition to terminate the trading suspension

we may resume trading on grey for few weeks before things get back to normal! the stock still has its value and when the SEC removes the suspension, that will confrim NBDR legitimacy & will be trading 0.10+ IMO
