Perhaps I have missed something but I think a reverse split is a reverse split no matter what the purpose. Now If they make an announcement that increases value tenfold+ I can handle a 1-10 reverse, 1-100 is a death blow to the avverage shareholder. Only reverse that I am aware of that worked was Citi in 2011. I hope you are right and I am missing something.
