#38711 RE: l2 hunter #38709

That post was missing the part about dilution so here I added it as a courtesy-

“Pursuant to the Acquisition and Merger Agreement, a new class of preferred shares will be issued by VGTeL Inc. (OTC PINK:VGTL) as consideration for the acquisition of 96% of Strategic Healthcare Alliances, LLC's issued and outstanding shares. In addition, Mark B. Newbauer will Immediately resign as CEO but remain...”

I hope this helps clarify the dilution needed to fund this merger.

How much does one pay for a healthcare company with $100 million a year revenue ?

What’s that cost ? Then take that number and divide it by .0004 and you’ll get how many shares are being added for this dilution merger.

Dividend purchase price again by .0003 to get how many shares are needed

Just DOUBLE the .0004 figure to get how many .0002 shares are needed

Or just QUADRUPLED the .0004 figure to get how many shares needed at .0001

USE A BIGGGGG CALCULATOR

Anyone needing help with exponents ( both positive and negative, especially negative ), just ask. I’ll be glad to help. There are a lot of zeros involved in this merger on both sides of the decimal.
