There’s a lot of information that had great value but expedited summer review might be the icing on the cake.

Most legal experts predict appeal timeframe usually 12-18 months. Initial communication from Bridgewater in the hours after verdict hinted a similar timeframe.

Now, that might have been Covington’s blanket statement but something has changed from 3/30-3/31 window to now for JT to be charged w higher confidence in expedited review.

Now, I have a suspicion but unable to confirm at this time. So the prevailing question becomes what (Or who/why) warrants confidence for expedited review?
