You had me until “caring for shareholders”. They all but threw the OTC shareholders to the curb with their premature uplist plans! What they finally realized (took way to long) was that they needed the OTC. As far as this had sunk there was no way they could have up listed. The smart move was to call off the uplist which negates any need for a RS. BOOM here comes the retail investors again, BOOM volume is back! Now with tons of upcoming news this has the chance to grow organically like it should have been allowed to pre uplist decision.
