There is nothing usual about this company or our board. This company/Vascepa is worth a great deal. I know that there are people on this board that are looking to or need to get out at a certain point in order to garner a return. My hope is that we get there for them.
I’m in a different camp. From the beginning I’ve always felt that Amarin was different and special. One adversity after another and yet, we are still here, we are still alive and fighting. This drug Vascepa is a life changing medication period! It isn't a $15 stock. It simply is not and I bet most will agree.
I was pleased to hear what Thero had to say, especially around the appeal. The addition of a new lead firm speaks to how serious Thero and leadership are in fighting back.
Whether you find yourself in the $15-20 sold club or in the much higher value bucket, the call was great. It demonstrated that the CEO has his hands on the wheel of the ship.
