it was looked into, resumed trading

it did not resume trading. after the suspension ended finra immediately placed a U3 halt on it. it hasn't traded. finra's name change was mandated to the company in order to get the U3 halt lifted. trading should begin after the name change followed by lifting the U3 halt. it will then trade on the grey market. the sec did not make a mistake and they have not said that.

Trading has not resumed on that scam. FINRA slapped a U3 halt on it directly after it came off the 10 day SEC suspension.

“SOLI needs to address the SEC questions.“

It’s likely that SOLI has no questions from the SEC. The suspensions come without warning as you observed and cannot be undone or reversed...unless there is some huge mistake like they suspended the wrong ticker (has happened once that I know of...they had the company name right, the wrong ticker, and the broker dealers went off the ticker when they stopped trading it).

But that is certainly not the case here. The only reason that questions might come is if there was an administrative action associated with this suspension and there isn’t one.
