hayward, not in MEDICARE, there it's tier 4 only with no pricing exception available.

as to insurers covering the aged over 65 (50% of market?) it has to be medicare -- exception ?? being a company plan into retirement, or a spouse covering her husband ??

key here was the cover extended to 14 states under Anthem (second largest insurers he said) for a tier 1 (really???) or 2 (means Anthem likely has only 2 or 3 tiers).

We are still clueless as to the average at-market price, given the promo price and subsidy(coupons by Amarin and another entity that advised they me cannot deal with over 65s!! -- as well as pharmas prohibited by law from taking coupons from the elderly). FACT.

bottom line, a $140 for a 30 day supply will not fly for 60% - 80% of Medicare candidates.

As to company sales, nice gross margin.
