At least two of the bigger shareholders here are being played by the CEO in my opinion. In spite of having no qualifications or experience to help the company they have been given “advisory” roles. This is being done to keep them in line and buy their loyalty....in my opinion. These two shareholders are smart and nice and savvy in their own professions but they have yet to SEE what Bob is doing to them. They have been strung along for over 6 months now. Long enough to buy CEO another year without oversight or deliverables.
