Reading the Order, I don't believe SOLI is going to be shut down. There was a problem with Dr. Korangy interview when he stated that there would be Covid 19 home testing. The gov't is really cracking down on Covid 19 claims and I think SOLI was snagged in on this. I, too, thought by the interview that SOLI was "selling" kits, but the more I listened to the interview what I gathered was that Dr. K was promoting a Dr./patient interview from home (not the test kit), and that depending on the outcome of the interview, the patient may be referred for testing outside the home.


Once this is understood that Dr. K was not selling home test kits all will be okay.
My judgment, SOLI is not out of business. Once this is explained to DOJ and SEC, SOLI will be back in business.
