Their GlanHealth line is brand spanking new, they most likely only recently applied for a trademark and guess what. The bureaucracy and red tape takes time to process.

During the pendency of an application, an applicant is responsible for checking the status of the application at least every 3-6 months between the filing date of the application and when a registration issues.

Sounds like a lengthy process.

Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.

Just because they don't have a trademark granted doesn't imply that they aren't in the process of it.
