Based upon what you are saying, Les Goldman intends to deliver Zilch at the ASM since he recognizes that he and Linda Powers enjoy virtual impunity and can dilute common shareholders ad infinitum and string things along while buffering themselves from the consequences of their mismanagement.
TLD itself, as you likely agree is not mandatory at the ASM but a BS-free discussion of a TLD timeline certainly is (nothing less than that will do).
If Linda Powers or Les Goldman said at the ASM on video or recorded audio in clear and unambiguous terms that No Matter What with No Takebacks No Moving Goalposts or no other shenanigans that TLD will be released at or before the end of June 2020 (whether ASCO is postponed or cancelled or not), then ASM would be a Pass rather than a Fail. That would be interesting news, albeit a bit underwhelming and not worth the expense of traveling all the way to the Washington D.C. area.
We would have plenty of time to place our final bets while the rest of the world is distracted and does not realize what may be about to happen. This would be great for rank and file shareholders and would not blunt the impact of the news on the rest of the world in any way.
Will they do that?
Of course not, largely because without being on record and being clear, anything Les Goldman tells you about ASCO is probably as worthless as Ms. Powers said about this ASM or everything else.
