Can you say more about the PDD trials that you see as notable? For example, will the data from the trials be only in the conventional format or will it include other new technology also?

I don’t know if any surprise format; however, Dr M has followed more than 100 patients that have finished their dosing regimens in PDD over 16 weeks ago for at least 16 weeks under the Open Lable Extension trial that follows in sequence the PDD trial. He can at that time comment on his findings in OLE data that he has observed and reveal how they performed after the trial based on the dosing information that was blinded totally, and after the trial dosing has been unblinded. That information could possibly revealed as early as April 20,2020!

Dr M previously did make a surprising prognostication about PDD in December 19, 2019! After observing 84 PDD patients that were enrolled in PDD before May 8, 2019, for about 18 weeks on the OLE trial, and prior to Dec 19, that he expected that both the medium and high doses in the trial will be found to be efficacious. That was his educated guess from OLE data that he made without any knowledge of the blinded trial data only using the OLE DATA! So he should be much more definitive when the unblinded data is also available.

There is a category of motion quality data that is collected 24 hrs per day automatically. That may be a readout factor that is determined quickly by analysis also using computers. I expect to hear and see preliminary results available almost immediately to satisfy a massive amount of curiosity. The complete set of results should be compiled and available in June.

I’m looking forward to the quarterly report on May 5, when Dr M announces the completion of the PDD dosing regimen and he gives a hip shot data synopsis on that motion data or even the efficacy of both doses that advertises glowing results to be announced at readout later in about 20 days!
