These guys can submit all the Chinese Financial Reporting they want it is going to have to be vetted here in the States or otherwise any foreign entity can file just about anything they want up to a Trillion Dollars in Assets. The PCAOB will have to be done. On another note they are not worth 40 Billion Dollars don’t know why that number keeps getting thrown around. What we do know is that Ceo is working out of a Condo and posted bogus pictures up on the Website of a Corporate Office he doesn’t own. Also apparently he owns 128000 acres in Montana. The name he uses Ameritrust has been revoked in Connecticut unless there is another Company name active and in good standing in another State. He does not have Finras approval because he used his brothers banking information but he is worth 40 Billion Dollars? Doesn’t add up guys.
