Yea, we know Seaen energy is empm from the pr last yr and the making of the 2 cars as that was in a pr. Why the 2 cars if Seaen ev not coming to Empm then. Why the showroom in Vegas? Something isn't making sense with the prs that were already put out. Why doesn't Saywer say anything about the progress with those?

I think some of the information posted last year in "official" PRs has changed, thus the reason the Collaboration Agreement was recently birthed. This would also explain some of the delays we have experienced, as their "new business model" indicated in PRE14C, is being revealed.

I noticed Mr. Sawyer renders "targeted responses". When someone calls, they need to make sure they ask the question in the right way, because this CEO may give an answer that can be easily misinterpreted. Not saying you misinterpreted anything, but has been the case with other phone calls. Posted emails are sometimes easier for the board to interpret. -and yes luckysevens, please post the complete original 4/9/20 email response from Mr. Sawyer:-) -TIA

Mr. Sawyer carefully words responses in a way that complies with SEC rules. Even the CA PR was carefully worded in a way to inform shareholders, while complying with SEC rules.

According to most recent NVSOS filing on 4/8/20, Saean only has one secretary listed on NVSOS. It used to be Ted Campbell, but appears he was replaced as Secretary by Eun Sung Kim on that date. I no longer see Ted listed as a current officer anywhere. If you have current information that says otherwise, please post, as I'd be interested in knowing that. TIA
