That one is not difficult. The promise made to the participants was 50 mg so patent thinking ok I will get the best dose. They could receive the original formula at 50 mg or opt for the new formula at the equivalent dose 37mg or whatever. Ideal for the company would be to get 1/2 on the old formula and 1/2 on the new formula.
