I’m going to take it a step further...
Mr. Black led the search for Bin Laden for George W Bush. He gave me a good sense that he knows right from wrong. He said that he’s personally invested, knows friends and colleagues who are invested, and believes absolutely in the manipulation involved in this security. But, he also admitted that the means to end manipulation are limited. A public outcry would be needed to push an investigation and that’s not going to happen. Most people don’t understand the complexity of security manipulation and the effects on their drug prices. Even with an investigation, manipulators are sneaky good. The only way to hit home here is through peer reviewed data that indicates efficacy. Mr. Black’s connections and credibility will hopefully keep regulators honest. I agree with alpha. That is what he brings.
