There are all manner of scams on the OTC, including bait and switch "plays," everybody knows it, and, quite frankly, just because somebody's name is on a document doesn't necessarily mean they're actively participating.

The CEO now says there wasn't a discussion on merging the EV company into this dead, empty shell. Do we believe him? If that is true, what was all the hype and fluff for the better part of a year about that very thing as being the "plan" all about?

Ever do a board search on that guy, Dixon, who was part of the "set up" of this? It's quite telling...

Honor and integrity have nothing to do with whether an APO is done through EMPM or not. The leadership has never claimed such, only implication of this was from retail holders.
