You lift the box and see if it is empty. Then you take the bag out of the box and squeeze it into your glass like it was life saving plasma.

Weight is a good measure. And finally,you may feel uncomfortable with it, open it pull it out and squeeze the bag. It should be good enough for a final cup, lol
