I agree, and furthermore it is shareholders that have bought up nearly 25 billion shares that have not only kept BIEL alive but created more than $10,000,000 in assets for the Whelan family to enjoy.

Kelly Whelan owns: 37.3 million shares.
These shares represent less than 2% of the company.
Based on their BIEL investments, it seems crystal clear that the Whelan's see aggregating assets, like $10 million in notes, is a much better investment for them than investing in BIEL shares.
