imo, He was trying to show that there was substantial value, and shareholders had a right to SURVIVE, and benefit from this value.

That's the way I see it.

Had a PowerPoint presentation in court.
I have a screen shot of it, but can’t find it right now, that showed $32B in assets, less $8B in debt, equals $24B.
He mentioned it 3 times and pissed off Walrath.
I believe(and anyone that remembers, please jump in), this was also the time that when asked about the assets, Walrath stated, “they will still be there”.
