But be aware that images, videos or audio sounds are also registered trademarks as a means or device that distinguishes a person’s goods from those of others. The NBC shell design or the roar that a Harley motorcycle makes are registered trademarks. See section 2 and 45(?) of the trademark laws. “Does she, or doesn’t she?” is in my mind as an example.

Copyright registrations also enter the milieu.

I believe the name of the drug. I don't even know if generic drugs have names. This is not a subject I claim to have much knowledge about. I don't think I have ever seen a commercial for a generic drug. I assume there is a reason.
