Solutions:
The just solution is to reverse all actions taken by FHFA. of course, this is not possible. So I suggest:

Refund the $124 billion mentioned by Judge Sweeney as the overpayment.
Cancel the warrants.
Cancel the Senior Preferred Shares.
Cancel the Liquidation Preference.

Thats like having the govt apologize on tv naked.

This game has to end with the govt looking like "the winner". Even if they lose 49:51 it has to appear like they won.

Sadly this isn't about being fair nor is it about doing what is right... its politics.
