Yes, they can. My point is if it turns out there is no RS filing by PM Monday, theres no RS lol. Theres no confirmed dividend either and theres no magical definitive run from .54 - $3 monday - wednesday. It will mean it was a fabricated story.

I say this because if CEO told kingmack that yesterday AH, it wouldve only been because he knows the action is 100% being taken before next market open. Otherwise it would be illegal to share the info with a retail shareholder. No phone call necessary to get this answer. EVERYONE will know the answer by Monday's open. Whether true or false, we still have every reason to be bullish for continuation on Monday :-D
