Market wants hard deadline on those alleged new 10 cafes from 1/21/20 “deal”

Since “new” expansion team is basically the original expansion team, is anyone really surprised that 0 new leases have been signed for 21+ months?

Aggie. They have not found anyone to do the audit. A top knotch auditing firm was offered to do the audits and they are fast and management never got back to the firm. This is the honest truth. It’s very upsetting as this was a great opportunity!
I don’t want to be the bearer of bad news here trust me, I have been nothing but positive over the years but this is where we are at today! If they don’t get their act together they will loose big time and so will we. The same goes for the PR that was offered as well. I know first hand and the PR firm would have been excellent! Again, they never got back to the firm! Very unfortunate!!! Geez!!!

It stinks that both the auditing firm and the pr firms that were approached never took the job. That said, it's been over a year since we needed both. If at first you don't succeed, try...try again.
It's not rocket science......
