Yup. According to NVSOS filed on 4/8/20, Ted Campbell was replaced by "new Secretary" EUN SUNG KIM, Las Vegas, NV.

According to Pre 14C, filed on 2/13/20, Ted Campbell does not own any EMPM shares and is now, officially, no longer an officer with EMPM.

A lot of "behind the scenes" activity taking place...
