If that's the case then he is basing it off todays closing price and seems certain the proper filings and actions will take place by Monday's open. Should be interesting
If they are a serious company and want to uplist quickly, then 10:1 is the most they can do. But even then the float will be low at 4.8 mil shares. It would be much better for them to show some impressive performance and lift the stock first to 0.5 or so, then do a 5:1 RS instead. This will put the float at a more reasonable level of 9.6 mil.
