This link tells us that the US medical system has been mismanaged/mislead for a long time. Financials are a key indicator. Any responsible-competent top level manager would have assessed these facts and taken immediate action. The fact is, there is no evidence that any responsible action was taken over many years. These facts are symptoms of seriously incompetent top management. Also note, the fact that failure was accepted and tolerated by top political leadership tells us just how sloppy they are. No wonder we are where we are. IMO.
IMO, it would have stayed that way if CV-19 did not happen. I am guessing the current leadership will fix the system after they get caught up. They already called out W.H.O., that is just the start.
