$GCGX own and operates the brand as far as I know. The only person at $GCGX is MD I would assume that will change as more products are added to the brand.
The operating expenses are those of $GCGX So not sure about the fears you have other then to say if MD decided all the money was his, he better save it he will need it down the road to pay legal fees.
The money belong to $GCGX to pay its bills and operate, I do not see anything different then that in any filing.
