They are working on the SEC Filings. Larry Kubin assured me on that. I'm not worried. Everything is moving as planned. Unfortunately, we are dealing with a pandemic and things will take longer than normal. Nature of the beast.
Larry confirmed they have the technology.
They can use that technology for whatever pops in their head and whomever brings those ideas to them. They can license this technology immediately.
So we will just wait and see. First things first is to get current.
