Kiwi, I agree that the FDA has no concern in this stuff. That is why I was asking what people were proposing to say in writing to them. I think this thing with Europe has to happen very soon. I picked up more shares today and even did an IRA to Roth conversion today.
I am resigned to hopefully having my shares taken away for anywhere from 10 to 15 bucks. Not sure if the Cowen target of 8 is a target price or a value of a buyout?
