So why do stock options have to be expensed, but stock dilution doesn't? Am I missing something here?

imho, good post. AMD stock is a house of cards just waiting to happen. Any clear sign of trouble (which shouldnt be too much longer) and beware below. I can easily see a 50% haircut from these levels. And, I can also see a scenerio where the company is losing money again (which will bring the stock back into the $5 range). Meanwhile, any upside to these levels are limited based on how well Intel is executing.
