I'm sorry I guess I wasn't clear or you misunderstood my question.

Since this was all done UNDER the guidance and direction of the payout MATRIX BY THE WMLT wouldn't that have been ALL THAT the DTCC could have relied on as far as a distribution payout matrix

I mean BOBVIOUSLY it was WHAT THEY USED for the distribution of shares was it not?????? So isn't that all they know?
