I have asked if they will just declare them worthless but they can't unless the company completely goes under I think and delist their stock. Any way as long as the shares trade and every once in awhile they do trade but for less than .0001 then the broker can't give me a form to declare them worthless. I have tried with both Scottrade and now TD Ameritrade.
