The court’s decision was that gV label infringes on Marine patent but those patents are invalidated so no relevance.

If there is a generic version of V available it will be used for virtually ALL prescriptions regardless of what the prescribers reason/indication.

Insurance is a business to make money. They will always want the least expensive equivalent molecule.

This may be a dumb question, but if the original prescription does not state what it is being prescribed for, how does this get regulated?
