It would be odd to announce the R/S and then start buying back a huge amount though.
In addition, it would be strange to be buying now at 3/4/5 when we sold so much at 1 just a few weeks ago.
If we've started collecting on the judgment, it seems like that would need to be disclosed at some point. Doesn't seem fair to buy back shares if they haven't announced that.
