And that being said, your analysis is outstanding, including your approach sticking to facts and law, while not attacking the decision maker. I tell clients that all of the time.
I just have too much unfortunate experience with judges making wrong rulings based upon petty or political bents. So much so, that I can almost sense that in a decision, which I sensed here.
Sometimes I take the William Wallace approach to conflict resolution. (And we know what happened to him ....)
