France just changed their metrics as they were previously not reporting cases from nursing homes. I also question if worldometers total tests are accurate yet as just looking at the US alone the change from yesterday to today makes no sense. I would give those numbers a couple days before trusting them.
As far as Sweden, I think they are almost always in a lockdown over winter until the sun comes out in spring :-)
BCG vaccine plus warm weather, and oh, there are many other countries doing quite well with that recipe. NY (a state within a country) has neither right now. Blessings to NY and all.
